• Yeongyang Onshore Wind Power Infrastructure (270 billion KRW)

  • Project: GS E&R and Naver will construct a 72MW wind power plant in Yeongyang-gun, Gyeongsangbuk-do. The electricity generated will be supplied long-term to Naver’s nearby data center.

  • Impact: This secures stable power for AI data centers, aids in achieving RE100 targets, and boosts the local economy. (60 billion KRW of this is provided via a 19-year long-term loan from the Advanced Strategic Industry Fund.)

• LS Cable & System Subsea Cable Expansion (80 billion KRW)

  • Project: Support for low-interest loans to expand production facilities and test beds for high-voltage subsea cables.
